How does the integration work?

You can sign up for Rerun through the Intuit App Center. Search for Rerun in the marketplace to begin.

Click on “Get App Now” to get started. A pop-up will ask you to authorize the integration.

After you authorize Rerun with your QuickBooks Online account, you’ll be alerted that you’ve successfully connected the two.

Log in to Rerun with your QuickBooks Online account. Click on “Sign in with Intuit” and sign in through the Intuit App Center.

The Rerun Setup Assistant lets you define which QuickBooks Online account to use to record revenue from items created in Rerun. Now you can import your customers, items and taxes from QuickBooks Online into Rerun.

If you skipped the Setup Assistant, the Settings tab lets you choose which QuickBooks Online accounts you’d like to record revenue and surcharges to, and which data to sync.

View the payment information by clicking on the paid sales receipt. You’ll notice that the Rerun transaction ID (RT####) appears in the memo field.

Rerun will create paid sales receipts for each payment processed and sync it to QuickBooks Online.

Finally, you can keep track of your Rerun revenue in QuickBooks.
